Tech

The tools got cheaper. Attention got expensive. This week I used AI to ship a personal site and point a domain without breaking Google mail — the win wasn’t the model, it was knowing which A records to touch and which MX records to leave alone. Build systems that survive your own impatience. AI makes that easier.

Construction

Housing still moves at the speed of entitlements, inspections, and weather. In Washington State that means the real craft is sequencing: plan, entitle, then build. A clean set of drawings and a clean job site beats a clever app every time the inspector walks the site.

Faith

Pastorpreneur isn’t a brand strategy. It’s the tension of showing up for people and still shipping work on Monday. Faith, for me, is less about volume and more about keeping connected to the one who sacrificed more than I ever have to.

Future

I’m betting the next decade rewards people who can hold two lanes: physical work that shelters families, and digital work that compounds. The future isn’t either/or. It’s who can keep building when the feed gets weird. The power of the pivot.

Finance

A DADU (detached accessory dwelling unit) is unit two. A duplex is units two and three. Cash flow is just the story of rent, and patience written in months. If you can't afford it, find somebody who can, and you be the person that has the plan.
